Re-styling Existing Jewellery

If you have much-loved jewellery that no longer suits your style, feels outdated, or has become worn over time, we can transform it into something you'll truly love again through expert jewellery restoration and remodelling. We'll work closely with you to redesign and create a bespoke jewellery piece that feels personal and timeless. If needed, we can source new stones or metal, and in many cases any leftover materials can be used to help reduce the cost — sometimes even covering it completely.
Engagement Rings
A joyful and romantic milestone — and we're here to make it extra special. We offer a discreet service for those planning the ultimate surprise, or a shared design journey for couples who want to choose together. In-store, you'll find a beautiful selection of bespoke engagement rings, and you may discover “the one” straight away. If not, we can create your dream ring from scratch — helping you choose the perfect metal for your skin tone, a shape that flatters your hand, and the right stone for your style and budget, from classic natural diamond engagement rings and unique engagement rings to styles featuring sapphires, rubies, emeralds, tourmalines and more. Lab-grown diamond engagement rings are also a popular choice, offering exceptional value and allowing you to maximise your budget — we can source these for you too.

If you're looking for the perfect match, we can create bespoke wedding rings crafted to fit seamlessly alongside your existing jewellery — whether you're after wedding ring sets for couples, or individual designs. We also have sample rings available for men to try on, perfect for finding the right wedding rings before crafting the final piece in precious metal. As a finishing touch, we'll clean and polish your engagement ring just before the wedding, so everything looks flawless and sparkling on your special day.

Jewellery Repairs and Alterations
With our fully insured, in-house workshop, we're happy to advise and provide quotes on a wide range of jewellery repairs and jewellery restoration work. This includes ring sizing, claw work, diamond and stone replacement, rebuilds and new shanks, cleaning and polishing, as well as chain repairs. We can also arrange pearl and bead restringing, although this service is not completed in-house.
