Who we are

What we collect and why
Enquiries
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and provide the service you ask about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Website usage
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (for example which pages are viewed and whether the contact form is used), and Google Ads to measure how well our adverts work. If you are in the UK or EEA, these are only used if you accept cookies, and our lawful basis is your consent. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you reject cookies, no analytics or advertising cookies are set.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use the following service providers:
- Resend – delivers contact form enquiries to our inbox.
- Cloudflare Turnstile – protects our contact form from spam.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads – website and advertising measurement, only with your consent.
- Google Maps – the embedded map on our website is provided by Google.
- Vercel – hosts our website.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless we need them for legal or accounting reasons.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. If you are in the UK or EEA, we only use non-essential cookies if you accept them in our cookie banner.
